Welcome to the Red Lion Brill – a real village pub

A real village pub isn’t just somewhere where you can get a warm welcome and a pint – although we’re happy to say that we think we do a good job of this. A real village pub should be the very centre of the community it serves: a centre for the village and a centre for the local area that welcomes people from all over. And above all, it should be a pub where you can eat.

The Red Lion Brill is a freehold public house that both sources, supplies and serves fantastic, simple and thoroughly delicious locally sourced food and drink to all who cross its threshold – as well as supporting and serving its local community.

With winter drawing in we have two cosy log-burning open fires, a delicious Autumn menu and a Christmas menu starting in December.

Every Sunday we serve a proper Roast using only the very best of free-range British beef, pork, lamb and chicken. All our meat is locally sourced so expect to find something more unusual on the menu from time to time.
